What the inspector wrote — 10 findings
Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. In pan at grill: liquid eggs (76F - Cold Holding). The pan of liquid eggs are stored in a pan containing room temperature water. Manager stated they should be on ice water. Manager was unable to determine how long the eggs have been held at room temperature due to shift change.
