Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed mechanical dish machine with 0ppm chlorine reading. Operator set up triple sink with 200ppm quat reading during inspection.
No soap provided at handwash sink. Operator replenished soap during inspection.
