Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee using the hand sink at the bar to rinse wet towels. Owner coached the employee.

In-use wet wiping cloth/towel used under cutting board. Observed wet towel under cutting board in prep area.Employee removed it.

Observed employees were touching his chin and her tattoo on the arm, and continue working with clean utensils without washing their hands.
Shell eggs in use or stored with cracks or broken shells. See stop sale. Observed shell eggs stored with 2 broken shell eggs underneath the front counter.
Shell eggs not stored at an ambient air temperature of 45 degrees Fahrenheit or less. Observed shell eggs stored at ambient temperature of 71F underneath the front counter, the time eggs were stored there cannot be determined.. Shell eggs were discarded.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee was refilling glass bottles with water for the customers inside the hand sink located at the front counter.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed black mold like substance inside the ice machine.
