Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs and raw bacon were stored directly above salad in the reach-in cooler on the cook line. Operator moved proteins to proper storage hierarchy for food safety.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwashing sinks in the kitchen were both blocked by buckets in the basin.
Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink. High-level chlorine strips that began at 200 ppm were present. Educated Operator on proper strips.

Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors. Both men's and ladies rooms have no self-closing mechanisms. Maintenance installed self-closing hinges during the visit.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Ramekin was inside a container of sugar in the walk-in cooler.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sinks used by food employees. Inspector printed and provided signs to Operator, who posted at each sink.
Ten (10) foot-candles of light at least 30 inches from floor not provided in dry food storage area. Light fixture is not working. Maintenance fixed during visit. Breaker was tripped.
