Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Package of tuna in walk-in cooler was thawing and not cut open. Product was still partially frozen. Advised Operator to cut open and remove from package prior to thaw. Tuna was removed from packaging and placed back in cooler.
