Employee removed hash browns from reach in freezer and partially fried the hash browns, them employee placed the food on preparation tables in until he receive an order and complete the cooking process. I explained the manager the procedure for non continuous cooking. As per employee hash browns were partially cooked at 10:00 AM. Employee fried the hash browns to 165° F. Also observed cooked potatoes at 85°F inside the Warner next to the stove. As per employee potatoes were cooked at 10:00. AM. Employee reheated food to 164°F.
