I explained the manager the procedure for non continuous cooking. As per employee hash browns were partially cooked at 10:00 AM. Employee fried the hash browns to 165° F. Also observed cooked potatoes at 85°F inside the Warner next to the stove. As per employee potatoes were cooked at 10:00. AM. Employee reheated food to 164°F.
