Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Pastelitos stored in plastic togo bags. Employee placed pastelitos in a food grade zip lock bag.
Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Raw chicken stored over raw beef in prep cooler. Employee moved chicken to bottom during inspection.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Establishment requires chlorine test strips.
