Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. The floor beneath the table on the far right of the kitchen, next to the hand sink, is soiled with an accumulation of debris. The floor behind the fryer buckets is soiled with grease, and a mold-like substance and slime are present on the floor beneath the kitchen back bar sink. The operator cleaned under the table by the hand sink.
