Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in their outside cooler and the overflowed in the make table: Beef (55F - Cold Holding); Chicken (55F - Cold Holding); Burgers (50F - Cold Holding). Operator stated they had placed the food out approximately 1hr ago. Operator stated they've been having trouble with their power source and it should be fixed the next day, they then surrounded the food in the outside cooler with ice and placed the make table overflow into the bottom section.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed their handwashing sink with electronics stored inside. Operator removed them.
Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed their handwashing wash sink shut off. Operator turned it on.
Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed their microwave with food debris buildup.
