Self-service salad bar/buffet lacking adequate sneezeguards or other proper protection from contamination. On breakfast buffet, observed whipped cream, granola, fresh cut fruit and strawberry topping with no sneeze guards. Discussed options with operator.

Container of medicine improperly stored. Isopropyl Alcohol and antacid tablets were stored in a cabinet with utensils. Manager removed medication.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs were stored directly above pasteurized eggs and ready to eat cheese in the reach in cooler. Manager moved to proper storage.
