Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee at cookline cut raw chicken with gloved hands, changed gloves without washing hands, then put on new gloves and handled a bag of fruit. Manager had employee wash hands and out on new gloves before continuing to work with food.
