Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Chicken cone from previous day on spit. Operator voluntarily discarded. Dented can of cornichons.
Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. Chicken cone was saved from previous day rather than shaved down and placed back on spit which was turned off at time of inspection.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Ice inside of bowl of hand wash sink located at front counter. Ice was melted. Discussed with operator the purpose of hand wash sink.
Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification and no other certified food service manager employed at this location. Food manager certification expired on 08/28/2023 Kavona Lee No other CFM at establishment.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Single-serve bowl used as scoop in container of garlic powder and container of dried parsley on shelf in ware washing area. Scoop with handle broken stored in flour underneath prep table near fat-fryer. Operator removed bowls and broken scoop.
