In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Cooking utensils stored in standing water of 81F inc kitchen prep cooler. Employee began heating to 135.
Soiled dry wiping cloth in use. Soiled dry wiping cloth stored on top of and use to wipe food prepped area on top of kitchen cooler. Operator removed.

Operator moved to freezer to ensure quick cool.
Vacuum breaker missing splitter added to mop sink faucet. Operator removed splitter and stated it will no longer be used.
