Observed 1 rodent droppings on ledge in front of the window air conditioning unit. Observed 2 rodent droppings on the floor under the three compartment sink. Operator swept and discarded all observed rodent droppings.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Teriyaki sauce that is made with fresh garlic and sesame oil held at 74F. Recommend holding item on time. Person in charge states has been out for less than 4 hours, moved to reach in cooler.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Missing paper towels from Hand wash sinks in kitchen.
