Nonself-sufficient mobile food dispensing vehicle not reporting to commissary as required. Branfass Weenie Wagon has been operating approximately 50 miles from present commissary. Present commissary has no record of operator reporting to commissary. On last inspection on 6-17-25. The inspector discussed with the operator the requirements to report to his commissary every day that the cart is in use.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.

Original container of toxic substance or chemical does not bear the manufacturer's label. Operator has chlorine in bottle water with no label. Commissary owner was able to provide operator operator with food grade chlorine sanitizer.
