Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Dishwasher (Temperature 147F) after running multiple times. Operator removed triple sink in kitchen previously, but set up triple sink 50ppm chlorine in bar and spoke with team regarding sanitizing in place for larger wares.
