Three door reach in cooler in the kitchen, Cheese empanada (51F); beef empanada (50F); bean salad (49F); cut romaine (47F); cut tomato (50F) at 11:05 am ambient cooling, monitored with no changes at 12:05pm. All foods prepared or portioned less than two hours ago, per operator. Cooler door gaskets torn and not fully closing. Operator moved Tcs items to freezer to quick chill..
