Food with mold-like growth. See stop sale. Observed container of sour cream located in walk in cooler with mold like substance. Operator discarded sour cream.
Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Clean up plan emailed to operator.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee hand wash sink in kitchen with plastic container in it. Operator removed container from employee hand wash sink.
Menu contains an item made with a raw/undercooked animal food as an ingredient and description of item does not inform consumer of raw/undercooked animal food ingredient. Observed operator making homemade mayonnaise with raw shell eggs and menu doesn't inform the customer. Observed establishment offering cold smoked salmon on the menu.
