Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food: observed raw repackage beef in small bags over bags of diced green peepers in reach-in freezer. Kitchen manager moved the beef to a lower shelf.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit: observed pan of water temping at 67° F with 2 spoons and a pair of tongs in it. Kitchen manager discarded the water and took the utensils to the dish room.

Inspector gave corrective feedback. Employee took the spatulas to the dish area and then washed his hands.
