Fish not held frozen before, during and after being packaged onsite using a reduced oxygen packaging method. Observed salmon in reduced oxygen packaged bags in walk-in cooler and freezer. Per prep cook, salmon is thawed and portioned prior to vacuum sealing. See stop sale.
