Main walk in: Fish (45F - Cold Holding); pulled pork (45F - Cold Holding); black beans (45F - Cold Holding) Per operator, not prepared or portioned today. Per operator, out of temperature for approximately 30 minutes. Operator placed products in blast chiller.
