Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee entered the prep area from truck in parking lot, put on gloves, and prepared lemonade for a customer without washing hands.
Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Pan containing cooked chili with ladle inside on hotdog cart. Chili must be preportioned into individual cups at the commissary.
Food, other than frankfurters, prepared on a hot dog cart. Inspector observed the operator squeeze lemons and prepare lemonade, then sell it to a customer during this inspection.

No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. No proof of food handler training for any employees. One employee working with food stated he has been employed since January.
Time/temperature control for safety chili/cheese/cooked onions/cooked peppers served from a hot dog cart are not individually pre-portioned/packaged. Pan containing cooked chili with ladle inside on hotdog cart. Stop sale issued.
