Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed bottle of bleach stored on top of cutting board. Person in charge placed bottle of bleach in bottom cabinet and put cutting board to be washed. Also Observed that spray bottle with dishwashing liquid stored on top rack over Ready-To-Eat hamburger buns
Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. Observed no proof of food certified manager for establishment. Person in charge advised that they are enrolled in the class

Observed person in charge did not have any proof food handler certificates for employees
Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. Observed license number not affixed in 2 inches high on the outside of the food truck
