Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed cook on cook line go from raw pork with gloves on, remove gloves and put on another pair of gloves and go from raw to ready to eat without washing his hands. Addressed and he removed gloves and washed his hands.
