Observed sloppy Joe (89F - Reheating)on steam table for 1 hour 50 minutes. Operator removed to stove to quickly reheat to 165F. Please observed reheat parameters for hothold. Reheats must reach 165F within 2 hours and then may me hotheld at 135F or hotter.
