A slime- or mold-like substance was observed on nonfood-contact surfaces, including the interior door gaskets of the smaller reach-in cooler located on the right side of the front counter, as well as inside the reach-in cooler in the kitchen. The operator cleaned the interior of both reach-in coolers.
Dust has accumulated on the ceiling near the kitchen fan.

Satisfactory temperature was last taken at 5:00 AM, but cooler door got left open for 1 hour. Operator moved cases to reach-in freezer for rapid cooling. Discussed in depth with operator and employee.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed toxic chemical spray bottles stored next to single service box of creamers in cabinet in lobby area. Operator moved.

Operator started to moved items to walk-in cooler for rapid cooling and will call repair company to service reach-in cooler.
