Upon inspection, observed sliced tomatoes 48f, shredded lettuce 58f, cut lettuce 50f in reach-in cooler over 4 hours per manager. Also observed sliced tomatoes 46f, shredded lettuce 53f in make bar cooler, over 4 hours per manager. Manager discarded all items during inspection.
