Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Open gallon of milk held at 60F in glass front countertop cooler. Milk placed in cooler less than 1 hour, moved to different cooler. Operator has placed work order for cooler not maintaining temp.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Ice cream paddle in front hand sink. Operator removed.
Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. At hand sink by office. Operator realigned towel roll.
