Unclean building components, attachments or fixtures. Fan cover in walk-in cooler soiled with dust buildup. Operator cleaned during inspection.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. In front kitchen, spray bottle of pink liquid stored on bottom shelf next to syrup bags. Manager removed spray bottle and stored properly.

Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Interior of both microwaves in front kitchen and back kitchen have food debris.
Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. In front kitchen in reach in cooler with milk and ice cream toppings, interior of cooler has build up of food debris. Also, interior of ice cream coolers in front kitchen have ice cream debris at bottom of coolers.

Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee working at front counter handled payment for guest and immediately placed gloves on to scoop ice cream without washing hands. Inspector coached employee on proper hand washing procedures.
