Hot water sanitizing dishmachine final rinse not reaching proper temperature at manifold. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Dishmachine final rinse maximum temperature reading is 149f. Manager called in repairs during inspection and had Dishmachine set to chemical sanitation. Chlorine sanitizer reading 50ppm.

Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Inspector thermometer reading 141f as highest temperature, heat strip did not change colors. Manager called in emergency repairs.
