Operator immediately reheated corn to 165F for temperature recovery. ( corrected on site) Operator moved cheese sauce to freezer for temp recovery. ( corrective action taken)
Handwash sink removed from food preparation/dishwashing area. Must be reinstalled in the same location where removed. Hand sink at front counter is turned off. Operator turned on
