Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee drop sausage on ground, then pick up and throw away. Person in charge changed gloves and handle ready to eat product without hand wash. Spoke to person employee during inspection who removed gloves and washed hands.
