Observed the triple sink with a drying rack in the sanitizer compartment. The operator removed the drying rack filled the sink with water and chlorine at 100 ppms. The dishes were rehashed rinsed and sanitized.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed cases of plastic cutlery blocking access to the sink in the ware washing room.
