Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Cook on cookline touch face with gloves hand, then started changing gloves without washing hands in between. Spoke to employee about washing hands in between changing gloves as to not contaminate new gloves. Employee took gloves off and washed hands then placed new gloves on.
