Discussed with operator to not use smaller warewashing machine until able to sanitize properly. Operator stated she will have employees use large warewashing machine until small machine repaired.

Operator stated cooler is brand new and he made call to have serviced. Rechecked temps at end of inspection and both items were below 41F
