Sink and Surface in triple sink and in sanitizer buckets tested at 0ppm. Manager readjusted all Sink and Surface sanitizers to 700ppm during time of inspection.
Required employee training provided by a third-party employee training program and operator unable to provide original certificate for employees trained. No original for Naquawn Hamilton. Employee provided original certificate during time of inspection.
