Person in charge had all product brought to walk-in cooler too cool.

Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Observed make line flip-top cooler with an ambient air temperature of 50F and torn gaskets not keeping product cool.
