Certified manager Michelle arrived during inspection.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed Kiley and Betty working over 60 days without food handler certificate. Emailed food handler info to operator.
No written procedures available for use of time as a public health control to hold time/temperature control for safety food. Operator needs time as public health plan for shell eggs and butter held at room temperature. Emailed plan and guide to operator.
