In public men's and women's bathrooms hot water reaching at 81F not reaching 85F for compliance. Establishments 3 compartment sink and hand wash sink in kitchen, bar, and dishwasher area: 3 compartment sink reaches 115F in dishwasher area and all hand wash sinks located in front and back of the house are reaching over 85F. Establishments does not have there own employees bathroom just for employees. Will have to put on a 7 days warning to get public bathrooms hand wash sink hot water to 85F or Above.
