Met inspection standards. 1 violations recorded, none serious enough to require a return visit.
Equipment or utensils not designed or constructed in a durable manner. Observed empty styrofoam cups in back kitchen area that were melted around rim. Asked manager what they were used for and he stated they measure their fries in them. The fries are measured in the cups and then either dumped onto a meal tray for in store service or transferred into a new cup for Togo orders. Discussed with manager switching to a cup or container of different material since styrofoam melts easily under heat.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
