Observed the following temperatures greater than 41°F; Raw wagoo beef (69F - Cold Holding); raw angus beef (67F - Cold Holding) All were located in reach in cooler. Cooler had an ambient of 69°F and in disrepair at time of inspection. Advised that no food is to be stored in cooler until ambient temperature is +/-41°F. All food was discarded. Stop sale issue.
