Water leaking onto walk-in cooler floor from ceiling. Active leak / constant dripping from walk-in cooler ceiling observed during the inspection. No contamination of food observed. Food protected from leaks at time of the inspection. Discussion conducted with Manager and staff reference keeping food from contact with leaking water. Supervisor Adamson notified.
