Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. Observed silicone in disrepair at handwashing station near the office.

No written procedures available for use of time as a public health control to hold time/temperature control for safety food. Provided manager with Time as a Health Control form.
Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. Manager was only abled to provide proof of training for the following employees: Neey Canela, Josefina Comas, Hergio Garcias, Marcos Villeles, Carlos Venegas. As per manager, the others had training but this is all the certificates she was able to find.
