Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. At drive thru area, 2 iced coffee bottles stored on counter in front of handwash sink.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In walk in cooler, ham, cheese, and raw bacon 45F. Manager states doos had been opened frequently during lunch. Door kept closed to cool items.
