Standing water in walk in cooler from ice build up from condenser unit
Walk in freezer has a sheet of ice an inch thick on floor, bucket on top of product under the condenser with ice in it. Manager states when it rained yesterday it leaked in. Work order has been called in. Condenser in walk in cooler has heavy ice build up under unit. Leaking onto floor.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
