At time of inspection no bodily fluids cleaning kit or procedures. Operator going to call for replacement kit and inspector provided written procedures.

Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Splitter added at mop sink, missing backflow preventer on non chemical dispenser side.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. In dining area, nozzle on soda dispenser has build up. Operator had cleaned during inspection.
Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. Handwash sink next to ice machine not dispensing towels. Operator stated she is waiting on batteries. Operator placed towels on shelf next to handwash sink.

In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. In dry storage area, scoop in candied bacon seasoning container has handle touching product. Operator moved scoop.

Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. In walk-in cooler, cases of unwashed tomatoes stored over case of ready to eat liquid egg. Operator moved liquid egg.
