Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed hot water shut off at hand washing sink near drive up window. The GM stated there was a work order placed for hand washing sink.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. The GM had ice machine wiped down during Inspection.
No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit.
