Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed hash browns (132F - Hot Holding) on the hot table for less than 20 minutes. As per company policy items were discarded.
Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Observed license expiration date 10/1/23.

Ice buildup in walk-in freezer on the cooling unit, shelves and floor underneath the cooling unit.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. By the mop sink: mop stored inside a mop bucket with water.
