Observed open package of raw chicken fries and chicken nuggets over fries at chest reach in freezer. Operator relocated the food items to a different reach in freezer.
Handwash sink does not have enough water pressure to properly wash hands. Observed lack of water pressure on the hot side of handwash sink by the oven at back of kitchen.
Water treatment device has not been inspected or serviced according to manufacturer's instructions. Observed water filter with date of 09/06/24.

Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Observed ambient temperature 49F in walk-in cooler. The GM moved liquid eggs and cheese in freezer. The DM called maintenance to have walk-in cooler serviced today.
