Observed open package of raw chicken fries and chicken nuggets over fries at chest reach in freezer. Operator relocated the food items to a different reach in freezer.

Observed ambient temperature 49F in walk-in cooler. The GM moved liquid eggs and cheese in freezer. The DM called maintenance to have walk-in cooler serviced today.
