Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In stand up reach in freezer on cook line, open bag of jalapeno bites and cheese stick stored under open bags of raw chicken products. Operator moved all raw chicken to bottom shelf.

Manager had employee switch storage level of chicken and ready to eat foods.
